The worst Indian food I've ever had. I paid 20.00 for Tandori chicken only, no rice. I had to take rice from my husband's meal.
My chicken was dry dry and more dry! I had 2 spicy chicken legs and 1/2 of a thigh cut up on a plate full of onions. They dont ask you about spice levels. Portions are not worth the money and there was a long wait for the food. I was drawn into this place by watching a tic tok video with fake AI pictures of food and the restaurant. We didnt have a good experience here and will not be returning.

Truly delicious and yummy food! We travelled from Toronto to Cleveland for short getaway and this restaurant surprised us. We tried their Andhra Chicken, Chicken Chettinaad, Hyderabadi Biryaani, Kadai Paneer. Everydish had its own taste and flavour. Would highly recommend this place if you can handle lil spice!

I ordered online so cant comment on in dining experience.
One of the items we ordered, was a non veg thali. There was no mutton curry, no chicken curry. I got red chicken(dont know the name) and chickken tikka instead. There were no vegetables. I got one piece of okra in a sauce. I didnt get the traditional naan. Paid $25 for it.
Almost all of my dishes were super spicy although i had put mild. We dont eat super spicy food so cant even eat these food.
I order at 5.30 pm for 7 pm delivery and food didnt arrive till 8.
Very disappointed with our experience.
I ordered takeout via phone and asked the order to be prepared when I get there as I was in a hurry. They promised to have it ready in 15 minutes but when I got there 30 minutes later, waited 10 minutes in the restaurant just for them to tell me that they didn’t begin preparing my food yet. Something similar happened once before where I waited a long time just for them to tell me that they don’t have what I originally ordered.
There’s also another time where I ordered a pulao. From the transparent lid it looked like there’s an egg in it. After I open it though, it was just a tiny piece of an egg placed in the way to make it look like there’s a whole egg in it. This is an unethical restaurant and wasted my time
I had a disappointing experience at Great Indian Kitchen because of the behavior of the front desk staff. The person at the front desk was rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. Instead of assisting customers politely, they seemed uninterested and spoke in an unfriendly manner, which made the overall dining experience unpleasant from the start.
Good customer service begins with the first interaction, and unfortunately this was far below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated at the front desk.
