  Worst tacobell in Cleveland, specially the night shift employees , they work like they are doing a favor on all of us.

  Visited this location at 11pm on a Saturday night. The drive-thru line was VERY busy (most everything nearby was closed) and I had to have waited at least 15 mins before ordering. The employee taking orders was incredibly nice and professional, even apologized multiple times, unprompted, kindly asking if it was ok that we waiting a moment before ordering due to how busy they were. I believe his name was Timothy based on the receipt - fantastic customer service. That said, the restaurant is clearly understaffed given how busy they were. The service was great, so the employees clearly deserve more help and customers deserve a much faster “fast food” experience. Get your stuff together, owners/managers.

  So I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. I think they forgot my meat, and have my cheese to someone else. It was pretty much a salad wrap. My friend ordered a cheesey bean burrito, with no nacho cheese add shredded cheese. They gave her more nacho cheese than I got. The guy at the drive thru was more or less hating his job. There is no awning over the drive thru, so you get drenched in the rain. But they got my diet Coke right.

  Ordered in the drive thru and when I got to the window I asked the girl to repeat it back to me because it was quite a bit of stuff and she had forgotten a taco. She added it to the bill but when I got home we were missing the taco. I tried to call the store but never got thru it was a busy signal.

  I had a coupon for a free taco. The last time I used a coupon here, they told me to bring it to the counter and hand it to an employee. So when I came in today, I waited for someone at the counter to take my coupon. An employee took it, but then the manager yelled at him and told him to tell me to use the kiosk instead. I was confused because it was a free taco coupon. When I went to the kiosk, I couldn’t find any option for a free taco. I went back to the counter and asked what option I was supposed to press or if there was a code. The manager snapped at me and said to press “cash” at the end like I was supposed to know that. As he walked back to his station he was cussing, and my kids were right there. I placed the order at the kiosk along with a few other items. It took them 15 minutes to make just one taco, and we never received the rest of the order. After waiting about 30 minutes total, we left with only one taco. Ridiculous service, very slow, and the manager was extremely rude.
