  Sat in drive thru for 26 minutes before my order was taken , got to the window and the cashier complained about me giving her 36$ to pay for a $26 dollar order and said she didn’t have extra change in the drawer to give $10 dollars back , waiting at the window for another 10 mins for them to forget part of the order , then we get the rest of the order and it’s still wrong . Had to pull around to the parking lot for them to bring the rest of the order out because they needed to get the “ OTHER “ orders out in drive thru that were most likely wrong also !A total of 45 mins Im a Taco Bell drive thro is COMPLETELY ABSURD!!!! The baffling part of it all is that the employees are acting like I was inconveniencing THEM for asking for my CORRECT order I PAID for . ??????? I would give zero stars if that was an option . This location is HORRIBLE!

  If I can rate this location at West 150 in Lorain a negative number I would. Not just as customer but as a Door dasher. Do not go to this location. They have terrible attitudes and rude cashiers. They turn away Dashers by saying the order was picked up with no intention of making the food. You will wait stuck in like minimum 40 minutes for your order. This is the worst place ever. Do eat here. They need a total new staff and management. Just start over. Who ever owns this location get to your store today and see what they are doing to your business.

  Even when you place an order online for pick up to come in the inside, the doors are locked multiple times this has happened. Also, I’ve came before and was told there were only taken online orders via drive-through. It’s very rare that you can come there in the inside is open. Something needs to be done.

  Stopped here last night and waited exactly 1 hour in the drive through. Didn’t seem as busy but we waited 30 min to order at the speaker and another 30 after… the woman taking my order was extremely rude also, like 0 customer service. All of the food was cold and I live 5 minutes up the street. Hadn’t come here in years because this location has always had a bad rep but just do not go here !!!

  It is not even a slight exaggeration for me to say that every single time I go to this Taco Bell they are out of most of their product or they are unable to take card payments. It is constantly something with this place. This is the worst Taco Bell that there has ever been. And when you do manage to get food from this place, it’s always garbage. I vow that I’ll never come here again and then I give it a shot every six months and it is absolutely awful. Tonight I pulled up and I was told that not only are they only taking online orders, they are out of beef, chicken, and nacho cheese. Just shut it down at this point. I wanted to give one star but I think 2 is harder for the business to get taken down. I’d give it ZERO stars if I could.
