  Employee was rude, disrespectful and did not know she was doing. Seemed like she didn't enjoy her job. Seemed like she hated. It was rude to customers

  Cold meatball sub. What everyone wants. Also missed the extra meat that I paid for. Never going to this one again. Thanks for the terrible meals.

  My daughter ordered from here tonight and when they went to pick it up they said they only had 1 of her orders. When she got home and checked her bank account she was charged for both. She called the store and told them they said bring your phone back up and we will get you your order. When she went back up they said there was nothing they could do for her but give her the managers number and wait until they give her a refund which could take a few days. This is totally unexceptable. On 1 of the coldest days of the year she chooses to patronize your store and have to go there twice and not receive an honest apology or her food or refund. I worked in customer service for over 35 years and never had anyone be treated like this . If someone from corporate would like to reach out it would be greatly appreciated. This was memphis rd in cleveland.

  Don’t go to this location I have had multiple problems with my order and customer service management sucks wouldn’t even give a refund on my sandwich
