As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- DSDavid Stargen1 day ago1.0Had time to write this review due to their exceptionally long wait time. After about 10 mins for a shift change, I place my order and am told to pull up to the window. Had about another 10 Minutes to sit and stew while waited on my order only for some unpleasant girl to come to my window take my money close the window down and have me wait some some more…..most of the time I just drive away but today I had time to transcribe my awful experience at Rally’s on 116th and buckeye. I’ve seen so many poor reviews of this location i doubt if anyone with anytime of authority reads these but if your are searching reviews looking for food choices in the area, 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

No one even collected his money to encourage him to wait. I did backup and ask.. Was there a problem? I was assured, there was not. Had they said it was shift change or something? I may have been more patient. But I finally got my luke warm fries & sandwich. Maybe it was the guy's food that pulled off. 2 stars because the young lady was nice & the food was edible. Or maybe I was just that hungry
