  They are not open 24hrs. I put in an order an hour and a half before closing and got a notification that they were closed.

  I ordered a big dinner box for $19.99 on 2/21/26 with 2 pizzas breadsticks and boneless wings and additional boneless wings and was charged $37.87 when the food get to my house I ask the DoorDasher where’s my wings he said they didn’t send them and I paid with cash when I call Pizza Hut they give the run around about my reimbursement transfer if me to different call centers and not Southgate Maples Hts direct store.

  Had a known before I ordered, I would have went somewhere else. I ordered and paid online at 12:40, the site said that my order would be ready for pick up by 12:56. I arrived at 100. My server then printed out my receipt and told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. More importantly, she was wearing pajama pants and a hoodie, preparing my food. The store is not kept at all. I spent the whole time wondering if my food would be safe to eat. Not to mention, my food was not ready in the 15 minutes that she gave me. I was on my lunch break at work, and this made me late returning. Just overall sketchy experience.
