  probably one of the worst panera i’ve been to. waited over half an hour for my order, and results were not even worth it; they forgot half my order. all 4 workers were painfully leisurely and sluggish considering the fact that there were roughly 20 people waiting for their order.

  I picked up a food delivery the girl lied said the order didnt pip up yet then puck up a bag that was made said it just got made when I observed the counter and it was sitting girl with dread manger shirt dont lie and say a order aint pop up when you want me to wait

  First off I go in there to sit down first before I even think about ordering anything and a black man. I think it’s the manager walked up to me first was staring at me so I felt very uncomfortable. Then he said I had to buy something to be in there I didn’t even get a chance to look or anything. I just sat down. Then when I went to go buy something he asked me did I buy it and I told him yes he is very rude. He is not for customer service he needs to be fired. I feel sexually harassed then when I told him I bought something he was cheering me on like I was a toddler. I would never go back up there to that Panera ever again, he needs to be fired first time in their last time.

  I am seeking to retain someone regarding a situation that happened to me last week while sitting in Panera Bread on Euclid Avenue with my friend, we were sitting, studying and eating and the General Manager and an Assistant manager came and told us if we didn’t purchase anything right away then we had to leave. I expressed to the GM, I would be ordering but I couldn’t do so right away because I didn’t know what I wanted just yet. My foot is also, broken I broke my foot on 2/2 so it’s been hard to walk and I expressed that as well. They called the police to the Panera Bread because I didn’t order anything or within the timing of when they told me to do so. I recorded him on video and he’s expressing that I need to order right now or leave.
