  What a horrible experience this was from start to finish. We had a free $250 gift card going in and it still felt like a waste of money. Took us about 15 minutes to see a food menu 30 minutes to get bread, an hour for appetizers to come out, almost 2 hours in total for a well below average dinner. Server came by a couple times asking if we needed anything when we requested stuff it rarely came. French onion soup was almost room temperature minus the boiling cheese on top, lobster and crab cocktail had some weird chili sauce for no reason, maybe to mask the flavor of old frozen shellfish. Everything felt like an imposter opened a steakhouse and made up prices to make it seem fancy. For three people we spent $450 and we’re absolutely unsatisfied. I’ve had a more satisfactory meal from Applebee’s, at least when you go there, you’re expecting below mediocrity. This place puts on the façade that it is a fancy high-end steakhouse when it’s nothing more than an outback steakhouse with leather booths and fake diamonds, light fixtures

  Service was slow, inattentive, and the server seemed completely checked out. When we politely mentioned the steak was overcooked, the response was a shrug and “sorry about that” with zero offer to fix it. The atmosphere tries to be upscale but feels tired and dated. Add in the ridiculous prices and you’re left wondering how this place is still in business. Save your money. Go literally anywhere else in Cleveland for a steak, even a chain like Outback would have been better. Morton’s Cleveland is an absolute embarrassment to the name. Never again

  Went there for my brother in law’s birthday. He wanted a steak . There was 4 of us. We had never eaten there before. We were dressed very casual, They served us inspite of. We had a great experience. Four different meals, all were delicious. The sides were large. Next time we will probably share. I had Salmon. Best ever. Pricey, but I Highly recommend it. Treat yourself occasionally to fine dining. You earned it!!!!

  Horrible Vallet service. The man is rude I pull over for one second he Walks up like clear the way this is for vallet. I told him give me one second and he kept his tone about clearing space.

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Morton's this past weekend. Our server, Bryan, was extremely attentive, experienced, and also shared his sense of humor. The manager, Andy, was also very attentive to the guests of the establishment. When we arrived, I shared a concern that arose out of a situation with another guest with Andy. He was already aware of it and handled it with sensitivity. Our food was absolutely delicious. It was just an all-around great experience.
