  The absolute worst McDonalds in Cleveland, I was told pull up and wait for my order after I waited 15 mins I decided to go in and get my order, I watched the young hand my order to someone in the drive thru, take it back and bring it directly to me. Everyone has horrible attitudes, The older manager lady with grey braids main concern is giving her grandchildren free food, no concern for the customer.

  Set in the drive-thru for 20 minutes drove around to the windows no one was in the place there was a line full of cars that just pulled away because of the incompetent people running this place

  32 minutes for a 6 piece nugg combo. Took 32 min to get the COLD food and another 3 to be handed the drink. The ONLY way to get their attention is to physically block them or just asking over and over again. No it was not a peak or rush. You are ALWAYS put behind door dash and stuff. Literally the slowest, most rude McDonald's I have literally ever been to.
