  terrible customer service, was rushed through my order he rang it up wrong, a rude lightskin girl at the second window could barely care about my complaints. was charged for a forgotten hash brown despite requesting a meal. will NOT be back!! worst location ever.

  This is the worst McDonald's location in Northeast Ohio. Let me tell you a what happened. I went through and drive-thru to get coffee hot with two creams and seven sugars I get my coffee I'm driving off I take a sip of my coffee it's all black, I have nothing against black coffee, I just wanted what I ordered. So annoyed by having to park my car and go inside and get sugar which should have been added to my cup like I asked for it in the beginning and what do I get attitude I'm told that I would have to wait like they had the milk the cow to get the cream and cut down the sugar cane to get the sugar. After waiting about a whole minute to get cream and sugar I asked the guy hey can I just come back there and get my own cream and sugar? Then the guy that worked the drive-through window says to me I told you you had to wait, 👀👀👀. Mind you the cream and sugar is right behind the guy where you standing he won't let his hand to grab a handful of a handful of sugar put it in a bag and said be on my way. Then he goes on to tell me acting the way I'm acting is what will get me nothing. So of course now I'm beginning to get a little more irritated I say to him you should have gotten the order right in the beginning I had to park my car after I drove through the drive-thru to walk in this building just to get cream and sugar and now you're going to give me attitude. Beware of this McDonald's there was only one person that apparently heard the conversation and they just walks up and gave me a bag full cream and sugar thank you to the web for that was but if you're in a hurry don't go to this McDonald's location, if you want your food right Don't go to this McDonald's location!

  If you don't want to work then don't sign up for a job I walked into this location on what by McDonald's standards is a slow night there were no lines, walked up to the register and Noone came to see I stood there for over five minutes while 4 staff members stood right there looking and laughing till they all went to the back one by one Noone even acknowledging my presence, I had to yell & ask if Noone was working the registers only then someone came to take my order, slavey been abolished Noone forcing yall to work, but hey idk why I expected different behavior from this hood location. To the location owner if you see this & want you business to flourish get better staff
