  Great customer service! My son and I came in after driving 12 hours and bought a dozen donuts to take back to New York. My son had his airbuds in and the manager made contact with him and asked what he was listening to. They seem to care about the business.

  Second time coming and probably my last time. They are so rude, no one smiles or even says hi. I told them I had a pick up order he plopped it down on the counter while my hand was out and walked away without saying anything.. My daughter even said they were rude, she’s 8… also they were out of the donuts we wanted and instead of letting us know and maybe letting us pick a replacement, they wrote a note on the box and replaced it themselves.. not a huge deal but would have love to know. He walked away so fast I couldn’t even ask a question.

  I visited the drive-thru on April 1, 2026. I ordered a dozen donuts along with the two additional “Hot Light” donuts. It was myself and my son in the car, and as advertised, when the Hot Light is on, each person is supposed to receive one free donut. The light was clearly on when I placed my order. However, when I reached the payment window, the employee informed me that they could no longer provide the two free donuts because the light had since been turned off. I explained that the light was on at the time I placed my order, but her response was simply, “Well, now it’s off.” This experience was extremely unprofessional. Not only was the interaction dismissive, but the employees also laughed after telling me they would not honor the promotion, which made the situation even more frustrating. I am unsure who owns or manages the Mayfield, Ohio location, but I strongly recommend increased oversight and accountability for staff. Experiences like this reflect poorly on your business. Unfortunately, this was my first visit to this location, and it will also be my last.

  Attempting to order inside and aas totally ignored by the employees. Definitely one of the most unwelcoming settings ever. I wont be back. Doughnuts probably taste as bad as the service.

  They barely want to answer you on the speaker at night. I waited in the drive thru for over 10mins because the inside was closed(no it was not busy) and nobody answered until the person behind me honked their horn.
