  It’s always been great to stop by and have a Veg little John sandwich. The bread is so fresh and they make exactly how I would love it. Also, customer service which is so welcoming and friendly.

  Order errored out, charged for the order, they don't care. "call the 800 number, were just a franchise". Lesson learned, app deleted.

  I ordered a to go sandwich. They forgot meat. THE MEAT. Like the central thing on the sandwich. Had to waste time going back to get it remade, which at least they did with no argument. But no refund or extras offered for such a screwup.
