It’s always nice to see a restaurant that clearly takes pride in keeping their space neat and well maintained. The staff were also very professional and polite. They treated customers with respect and were quick to help with anything needed, which made the visit even more comfortable. 👍 The service felt organized and efficient, and you could tell the team knew what they were doing. When my entrée arrived, it was served hot, cooked just the way it should be, and it came out pretty quickly too. 🍽️ Everything about the experience felt smooth and well managed. Overall, great service, clean surroundings, and well-prepared food made this a place I’d gladly visit again! 😋

I was not acknowledged for 5-10 minutes even though I made eye contact with almost every employee visible. Two of them went on break and still didn’t offer assistance. When I spoke up then they waned to act like I was being unreasonable. Also I don’t understand why you confirm the last name when I told you the first name and you only have one order not picked up for the first name but that is more a nitpick situation. Not impressed! The food was good and hot though.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
