Moments later, I was told by another employee that the lobby isn't open. I simply responded by saying that I was let in by another employee and he explained that you all are short-staffed. She walked away mumbling under her breath, and I stood there wondering I she's going to offer to take my order to go atleast. I sat down patiently waiting for a better time to place my order, but I couldn't help but sink/sulk that I felt so unwelcomed by her. She always complains when something is outside of her Drive-thru responsibilities. I had anticipated my breakfast here this morning, so that wasn't the best way to start my day. I hope she improves on having a better "can do" customer service attitude. Thejob is pretty simple afterall. Thanks to Donnie, he turned my entire day right around, providing simply excellence food and customer service. I will continue to order pick-up and dine in at the restaurant. Yay! Thank God!!!
