- FFFLIP4 days ago1.0Sat feb 21 abt 445 pm. Went in to grab dinner. After waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes with some other older ladies looking for dinner. Nobody would greet us. Nobody would make eye contact with me. I ended up leaving. The place down the road got my money. And I will not be back to this Wendy's again. Have some customer service. I'll be right with you. Were short staff something. But nothing. I went inside cause the drive thru is slow all the time. Never again wendys. GET BETTER AT UR JOB!!!

Decided to go try drive through because it seemed like that was all that was getting addressed. Then sat in drive through for about 25min for 2 biggie bags!
