I was ignored in line and given an order that was ready only after they served customers whose orders weren't ready yet, and who were after me. They were blatantly ignoring me. Only after I later inquired about my order was I told they were working and given my order, which had been ready for a long time since I arrived. People like that shouldn't work for a service that prioritizes customers based on skin color.

I pulled up they they said right away we're closed. I responded with I had an order online to pick up. They then it the worst tone reply with WE ARE CLOSED! GOODBYE! online theyre advertised as 24hrs. So why be rude to people instead of politely say sorry we are close and shut or systems down. Something, anything would be better than how they treated the situation.

Manager sees no need for the door closest to disabled spots to be operable, nor to instruct workers to leave the hatched area between disabled spots open. Also be sure to buy the $3 Frosty Keychain each year, it gets you a Jr. Frosty free each time you enter any location nationwide all year, but they only sell them for about 3 weeks each year.
