  This was a terrible experience. We sat in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. The employee inside acted like slow motion was the speed she was supposed to go in, and to top it off, we didn't get our full order! Definitely will not be back to this location

  Takes 30 minutes to get food from the drive thru. Fire and replace all the employees. No sense of urgency. Absolutely sucks.

  Manager said I had to order through the kiosk. Talk about Lazy. While they were taking orders through the drive through and busting out those orders. At least most other fast food places still care about "all" customers. Probably last time I will go to Taco Bell. I was only there for my daughter.

  I had a wonderful experience here, I am a delivery driver with uber eats and tonight I decided to call in to see if the dining room was open to make for a faster pick up as I had other orders that needed to be picked up before the restaurant closed and he said no but offered to bring the food out since it was ready. Most employees would have made me wait through the drive-thru that was wrapped around the building which I would have had to cancel part of my other pick up. I truly appreciate this gentleman, in helping make my night less stressful. I know each restaurants have different protocols involving online orders but this employee/manager I believe went above and beyond. Thank you

  AITA? my friend and I placed a mobile order online and went through the drive thru to get it. we got stuck in snow in their drive thru because it wasn't plowed well at all. actually while im at it, their drive thru layout is the worst thing I've ever seen in my life. on top of already getting stuck in the snow, you would think our food would be ready once we got there... it wasn't. so on top of being stuck in the snow for an hour, we had to wait an almost additional 20 minutes for our food. you think it would stop there, but once we got our food, it was cold and we got some wrong items. truly couldn't have had a worst experience imo. my friend told me we shouldn't have gone to this location and I should've listened. TLDR; got stuck in their drive thru, waited 20 mins for food just for it to be cold and wrong.
