    Been in line 25 minutes cars leavingobby closed at 7pm now it's almost 7:30pm

    On my way thru the city I stopped in for breakfast. They “opened” at 8:00 am allegedly. At 8:30 I attempted to order food at the drive thru speaker but received no response. I went around to the window and there was one worker what appeared to be setting up or cleaning. A simple response would have went a long way.

    writing this after 10 mins at the driveway window and still no food, still sitting here. I ordered thru the mobile app, pulled up to the speaker and got the "are you checking in" speech, said no and my name for the order... heard nothing for 10 mins, just pulled up to the window. Still waiting. I could have gone home and leisurely cooked myself a meal by now. Just got my food wordlessly (said thank you, got nothing back).

    Complete waste of time 20 minutes per order at Taco Bell. Drive-through is truly madness and I wish I was exaggerating.

    location sucks, tried to go here two times and the first time they got robbed so they closed and the second time they had 25 min on beef and chicken and weren’t accepting orders other than online orders while the staff sat in the lobby on their phones.
