    dining room always closed, minimum 30 minute wait time for every car in the drive thru, staff pretty much always in the closed dining room on their phone, at least the food comes out eventually

    went there tonight at 7:30pm, sat in the drive through for 5 minutes before giving up. Saw people in the building. Dive through line probably 5 cars deep didn’t move after I ran next door either. must not want the business hope their bosses know.

    Worst place ever i was just there ordered my food in side and watching 4 employees not working waiting 45 minutes for them to tell me thay did not have my food ready management got Chinese food delivered and was eating be hind the counter i would fire her tall dark skin woman with a attitude Very rude and disrespectful

    I live right near this Taco Bell and unfortunately ,for a DoorDash order and an in person pick up I have been missing items. I go in the second time this happened and the gentleman Devon approaches me very rudely letting me know that I am the problem and I’m the reason that this has happened multiple times and he refuses to rectify the restaurant’s lack of Attention to detail. I like Taco Bell but not enough to steal it Devon

    Since when does nacho cheese come on at Cantina bowl? Believe it or not some people actually like lettuce, but unfortunately there was none on my bowl. Imagine not being able to follow directions past the age of 14. Paid for strawberries and cream drink with no freaking cream, despite being advertied all throughout the drive-thru. imagine having access to education allover the place, and still choosing to be a loser. A shame.
