  Not sure if I'm spelling this right but Marian at west 150th taco bell always greets me with a smile and makes sure I am taken care of as well as the other customers. She is always a pleasant surprise to my days when I go there! Great worker and tries to make sure everyone leaves there feeling better than when they walked in.

  wanted to take a minute to say how great of a employee Gale is here. After a short talk she told me how she’s been happily been serving the store for over 30 years. She’s amazing the cheese on the fiesta tacos weren’t fully melted as my brother wanted and was disappointed but she took it upon her self to speak to her manager and get it right for him she has an amazing attitude and definitely made the visit awesome for me! Hope to see her get some promotions as she really deserves it ! Good job Gale!

  I went there around 10pm on 2/22/2026. When I got there, no one greeted me or told me it would be a minute before they could take my order. You know, the usual "Hi welcome to taco bell I will be right with you". I waited about 10-15mins. During that time people behind me were backing out of line and leaving. Someone finally came to the speaker but it wasn't a greet, it was a "Uh is someone at the window?" They then told me that it is cash only because no one there has enough sense to put up a sign stating so and the employees are to lazy to greet people and let them know about the cash only before someone spends 10-15mins waiting. This place is consistently bad. Every time I go there the service is bad. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Taco bell in Lakewood on Detroit Ave, which is what I did. I was greeted almost immediately and my food was hot and ready. 5/5 for Lakewood Taco Bell. 0/5 for w150 Taco Bell.

  Ok I'm very upset I went to tacobell and I order 2 supreme dips no beans and chips and guc with chips they gave me one bag a chip and dip with just meat and cheese and then I go in the store and the lady at the drive thru has a attitude because they mess my order up and then they tell me it just said two dips not 3 bags of chips when on my bag it clearly says 2 chip and 1 chip and guc. Yall really need to get better workers with better attitudes and get that tacobell some help because the other lady said the was short staff and obviously they need help and I'm pregnant I want what I order smh do better

  I’m writing this because this has officially become a pattern rather than a one-off fluke. It is Sunday at 8:00 PM—hardly the middle of the night—and once again, this location is "only accepting pickup orders." What exactly is the point of a fast-food establishment if you can't actually order food on-site? This isn’t the first time we’ve run into this issue here. It’s incredibly disappointing to drive all the way out only to be told the lobby and drive-thru are essentially closed to anyone who didn't plan thirty minutes ahead on an app.
