  Wow, talk about a ruder person! Everything says they open at 930 am. We get there at 955 am, and they tell us it will be another 5 minutes. We go to the restroom, come back at 1002am, and wait. As we are waiting, the lady stocking food is complaining about is waiting. Not dealing with rude customer service when we have to be at the hospital all day and just now able to eat.... Man, they need to replace that worker!

  It was the most offensive, unprofessional, and terrible restaurant experience I had ever encountered. I asked the employee if he could change his gloves and the bread because I do not eat meat. No response. So I ask him again politely and he was so aggressive and defensive that I was flabbergasted. I simply mentioned that I repeated myself because he seemed to not have heard me, yet he yelled at me saying he heard me the first time and started a diatribe. No one excused his behavior and it escalated. I told him he was being very rude. He just kept on berating me even though I was trying to ignore him. He was so loud, he wasn't even taking care of the rest of the customers. I will never eat there again, or recommend it to anyone. I'm visiting an ill parent and the last thing I expected was the worst customer service ever.

  I would give it 0 stars if I could. The staff isn't friendly or skilled. The longest waiting time out of all the places at that cafeteria and other cafeterias at the Cleveland Clinic for no reason other than the staff isn't interested in doing their job. I watched one of the employees touch every meat, vegetable, knife and every possible surface, and making many sandwiches without changing her gloves once! I had to request that she changed her gloves before making my sandwich, which she kindly did.
