- KWKimberly WinalsOct 1, 20251.0We were in town for an event, drove 4 hours, we were starving and this Subway was the only place near the venue to eat. We walked in at 5:30pm. The hours of operation were until 6pm. The awful lady behind the counter refused to make us food. I can’t believe Subway would franchise to this terrible human behind the counter. We literally walked in as someone else was walking out. The place was filthy too. Absolutely horrible customer service. I seriously wanted to lose my temper on her however she’s already miserable so that’s good enough for me. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION!!
- LMlincoln mcgillAug 22, 20251.0Horrible customer service when I went in today buy some little disgruntled employee I had a coupon and she told me that I could not use it for a steak but nowhere on that coupon said anything about what kind of meat so I hope that in the near future they will evaluate these things the lady was very nasty I guess she thought just because I look like her or her personal way
