- STSerena TuckerrDec 4, 20251.0My brother is allergic to cranberry, they “accidentally”put their cranberry sauce on his sub & not just a quick line of it . It was DRENCHED . & when he wanted to just change the whole sandwich cause of the allergy , the employee tried to SCRAP the sauce off with a DOLLHOUSE knife off of MELTED CHEESE . Cause he did not want to “remake” the sandwich . We had 4 Subs to order & we walked out on all of them . How is it “Subway , your way” when you can’t correct YOUR mistake & refuse to make a new sub even when we advised he is ALLERGIC . So it’s really “Subway, YALL WAY” Worst experience honestly . Can’t believe there are humans on this planet this careless & rude!!!!! Never will be returning to this location. Get it together.
