  My brother is allergic to cranberry, they “accidentally”put their cranberry sauce on his sub & not just a quick line of it . It was DRENCHED . & when he wanted to just change the whole sandwich cause of the allergy , the employee tried to SCRAP the sauce off with a DOLLHOUSE knife off of MELTED CHEESE . Cause he did not want to “remake” the sandwich . We had 4 Subs to order & we walked out on all of them . How is it “Subway , your way” when you can’t correct YOUR mistake & refuse to make a new sub even when we advised he is ALLERGIC . So it’s really “Subway, YALL WAY” Worst experience honestly . Can’t believe there are humans on this planet this careless & rude!!!!! Never will be returning to this location. Get it together.

  Unprofessional. The person making my sandwich was on their cell phone the ENTIRE time talking over my food and cussing about something completely unrelated to their job. On my way there, I was thinking that I should take my money somewhere else because the service is usually bad there, and this confirmed that. This is the closest location to me but I would rather drive farther to Jimmy Johns or something and give them my money

  If I could give this place a zero star I would! My husband is a food delivery driver and had this place as a stop. He couldn’t get anyone on the phone and when he knocked on the back delivery door two women came out, one charging at him with a knife in her hand!! They have the same delivery at the same time every week so there’s no way they shouldn’t have known he was stopping there. Very scary to think of the type of people who might be behind a counter at any given time. I’m thanking Jesus he is coming home unharmed today.
