- JHJ HarrisFeb 10, 20261.0I visited this subway in hopes of getting food but that didn’t happen. The sandwich artist( short gentleman with locs) moved at the slowest pace I’ve ever seen. He mumbled and looked down at the he sandwich making it very hard to understand what he was saying. He caught an attitude because I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. He continued to mumble and look down. No eye contact at all. I requested less cheese and he mouthed off about that. I just told him to keep the sandwich. If these are the employees working for you then I see business seriously declining.
- JMJillian McDonaldNov 17, 20251.0My boyfriend and I walked in at 6:45 PM on Monday 11/17/2025 the store closed at 8:00 PM and where denied service because the store was “closing soon” the man at the front was rude and disrespectful. I clarified so you won’t serve us and he said yes. No apology or reasoning just told us to be on out way. This was rude and not the way the business should be managed.
- CSCheryl SigleyOct 13, 20251.0I put an online order in. I got there 5 min after my order was supposed to be ready. They told me it may be another 30-40 min and that they were going to wait on the line in the store first. People kept getting in line and my order was still completely ignored. Why does this place have online ordering if they can't make these orders. The purpose of online is so you DON'T have to wait in a big line. I asked to refund my order twice. The first staff member ignored me and the second said they did not know how to refund. Terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
