As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

No one came to the window, I knocked at the window a few times, no one came. Finally, after probably 10 minutes a lady came to the window, she wasn't friendly AT ALL and there was another man working as well. No one was in the parking lot, no one in the drive through, obviously NOT busy. Once the order was finally made, that wasn't even started until they finally came to the window, it took quite some time to get the actual order. If it wasn't my last delivery for the night, I would have just left. Many other reviews are claiming the same thing, I think you've got a problem at this location.
