As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Pulled up, paid, told me to go to the second window because they’re a little delayed ok I understand. Waited in line and when I finally pulled up to the window around 8:40 they didn’t even come to the window until 9:05 and then almost gave us the wrong order. Unbelievable an employee even stopped and went on their phone for five minutes. I understand being delayed and how it gets busy but this was truly unremarkable. Rally’s is never worth waiting almost a whole hour for their food. Don’t come here if you want to wait for over an hour for just a burger go to wendy’s.

- SSSawyerDec 3, 20252.0Pulled up to the drive thru at 11 pm on the dot. Ordered, then pulled up to the window. Sat at the window for 15 minutes before someone even opened the window. Took about 3 minutes to get my card back after I gave it to pay, which was suspicious. After that it was another 10 minutes for our food. At the time we were the only ones at the drove thru. While the window was open, I could hear loud laughing and cursing from inside the store. When our food was finally handed to us, the person at the window was still laughing about something. Overall very unprofessional service. Giving 2 stars cause the food came out hot and tasted good.
