  The food was horrible and cold no cheese on my CHEESE burger the bun was stale along with the fries patty was horrible the sprite tasted funny like how do you get all of this wrong after I had 3 bites of my burger I threw it away and 10 minutes later my stomach started hurting I had to also throw the fries away cause they were stale honestly I can’t believe this then I tried to call nobody answered I would not eat here again for the life of me i hope whos reading this takes this seriously cause this is no joke

  Rallys has the best fast food fries, all their sandwiches and chicken is surprisingly good. The workers are nice too. The AI drive thru sucks though. Get AI out and rallys would be amazing all around. Very disappointing

  i very strongly dislike the drive thru speaker, but i can deal. the thing is that there is always AT LEAST one item missing every time i order without fail. only reason my review is not lower is because Ive never had issues with taste or temperature

  I came at 2:55 am order to drive thrue the person who take care us was really rude calling names and hitting on the windowns saying he was the manager with no customer service im a general manager and this is not aceptable we pay for our food we dont get free food at all so they need to fix their customer service becouse is really bad wrost experience i will never come back and hope they fix their customer service
