  First off I go in there to sit down first before I even think about ordering anything and a black man. I think it’s the manager walked up to me first was staring at me so I felt very uncomfortable. Then he said I had to buy something to be in there I didn’t even get a chance to look or anything. I just sat down. Then when I went to go buy something he asked me did I buy it and I told him yes he is very rude. He is not for customer service he needs to be fired. I feel sexually harassed then when I told him I bought something he was cheering me on like I was a toddler. I would never go back up there to that Panera ever again, he needs to be fired first time in their last time.

  I am seeking to retain someone regarding a situation that happened to me last week while sitting in Panera Bread on Euclid Avenue with my friend, we were sitting, studying and eating and the General Manager and an Assistant manager came and told us if we didn’t purchase anything right away then we had to leave. I expressed to the GM, I would be ordering but I couldn’t do so right away because I didn’t know what I wanted just yet. My foot is also, broken I broke my foot on 2/2 so it’s been hard to walk and I expressed that as well. They called the police to the Panera Bread because I didn’t order anything or within the timing of when they told me to do so. I recorded him on video and he’s expressing that I need to order right now or leave.

  I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share a concern about my recent visits to your establishment. Unfortunately, on three separate occasions, I received a cup for coffee only to find that all the coffee dispensers were empty, including the hazelnut and light roast options. This has been particularly frustrating because I’ve paid for the coffee each 2 times , only to walk away with nothing. Asking for a refund in these instances has felt like it would take a considerable amount of time—sometimes 30 minutes or more—which makes it hardly worth the three dollars I’ve spent. In essence, it feels like I’ve paid several times for nothing. I hope you can understand how this would be disappointing as a customer. I kindly urge you to look into this issue and ensure that the dispensers are regularly refilled so that others do not have the same experience. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

  First time here and probably not returning. Didn’t get greeted by a single employee. Finally waited long enough and decided to order at the kiosk and wanted to use my gift card. Well, apparently you have to order at the register to use a gift card. The kiosk says I can use the gift card at said kiosk….. There’s no way to swipe any card at the self serve kiosk. And mind you, this is in a college town so students have food cards to swipe. Not at the self serve kiosk apparently. And the employees have to ask you what you ordered after you already placed the order yourself. Very disappointed and will not be returning. I work customer service and this is bottom line poor. I hope someone from corporate or a district manager/rep sees this and talks with the team.
