This is the rudest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They messed up on my order and after I expressed that I didn’t want to drive all the way back to get the correct items they say, “so what was the point of calling”. They gave me so much attitude and when I was fed up and said forget it he hung up without a word. DO NOT COME HERE. They really need to brush up on training at this location. I will not be back.

Everytime I go this location just for a cup of coffee, they are never open on time. They open 2 hours after they are supposed to be open and still don't have anything prepared for the morning rush. I have had a few good experiences with maybe three employees, the others are rude, don't look hygienically ready to be around food being prepared. I asked for a simple pup cup, and I got greeted from numerous employees with an attitude when it's only a small cup of whipped cream. Even the evening/ lunch manager had an issue as if the product they were preparing came out of her paycheck. I have had pup cups given to me at other places with no issue, even a few seeing my service dog, and asking if she could have one. The afternoon shift is very disorganized, and I see a lot of people not doing what their job entails no matter how little they make. Horrible customer service to the point I will choose another location before I give them any more of my money. Whoever owns this place needs to reevaluate who he has in charge as managers and some of their employees. Also for the food to be fast food on demand I have waited a few times more than 10 minutes in the drive thru, I tried to order a caramel macchiato and they always say it needs to be cleaned. The bathroom is nasty, and doesn't look well maintained, wether someone is stopping in to use the restroom or dining in. I can imagine the hygiene is off, the food should not be prepared by anyone who cannot come to work presentable or looking clean.
