  Store was closed during bussiness hours and staff was rude. This is the second time I give this McDonald's a chance the other time the order was wrong the order. The staff is always rude and food on the floor.

  Night shift claims short staffed when I had someone watch and they were doing almost completely nothing for 20min yet cannot take my order literally only takes 3min and half to make it and tell me we cannot yeah okay and also refused to give me his name as well the service is poor and if your short staffed you shouldn’t be open period it’s Cleveland homez I know you is lying period bc people take holidays bc of the bonuses y’all can get for doing it. See now I let it slide with the first lie except three is just falsified and immediate termination needed never in my life thought people could be so lazy at a McDonald’s! Also the near Taco Bell samething for them don’t do orders correctly! McDonald’s hahaha your employees are lazy either do something bout that manager or it’s going to be more than me commenting on your public website public humiliation can be next even the news! I haven’t ate for a whole day just to be told no for the easiest thing in the world worst part is I have more money then there usually one weeks paycheck so what’s the problem? Right laziness!!! Next time I’ll come order the whole menu at night and just do it again bc then no breaks!!! Have fun doing other orders cus you can’t, you can only go by order by order without messing up a order! Remind you only three wraps and a cheeseburger I got that in 3min at McDonald’s before all they did is heat it up takes 14-27 seconds to make😪smh this generation!

  Only accepting mobile orders on A Saturday night is crazy. I downloaded the app placed my order which was a COMBO with a 6 piece nugget. Waited 15 minutes for my order. To my surprise, no fries in the bag. I pull back around. MIND YOU....I was the only one in the drive-thru, so I'm not sure why the fries weren't in the bag the FIRST TIME. The fries were cold and I'm sure the sandwich is gonna be absolutely disgusting. UPDATE: And WAS cold sandwich, cold fries. WHY in the world are there beef patties and NOT chicken nuggets in the chicken nugget box. So you mean to tell me you served food that was just sitting there waiting???????!!!!!! I was the ONLY CUSTOMER and watched 10 cars pull, because your "only accepting mobile and delivery orders'' and you open 24hrs. It's giving LAZY!

  i wasn’t going to write a review, i tried contacting the owner but here we go, as i walked in, an employee was smoking w33d outside (5pm-7pm), doesn’t bother me if i was here by myself but when im with my kids i don’t think it’s appropriate. when waiting for my order i told another employee that it strongly smells like weed in here, the manager (dirty blonde wig, skinny,) told me if i don’t like the smell of it, we can go to a different mcdonald’s, walked away stating everyone smokes in this store, laughing about it. excuse me? i don’t think this is okay, please be considerate about who’s working at your store. i was trying to get ahold of the owner today.. no response. it’s upsetting and unfortunate. will not be doing any surveys for this, i will be contacting cooperate i don’t think this is a good environment, especially when people who are considered managers laughs about this stuff. please do not play with other people’s food. we’re here as customers paying for fast food that helps your business, paying your paychecks.
