  Horrible experience for my first time. Doors were locked, had to place 2 orders via drive thru. Almost all donuts ordered they did not have. Drink that was ordered had none of the toppings as advertised. Lastly, donuts were not at all fresh. Won’t be back!

  They are disgracing the good name of Krispy Kreme this one needs to close down if they are not going to do as well as the one on Brookpark donuts that are stale and taste nothing like it should plus way to big to fit in the box they are horrible

  I was just at Krispy Kreme today and the cashier Ann Was the best cashier I’ve ever had at Krispy Kreme. She was very patient very understanding very friendly. She definitely deserves a raise. She made my day and I was having a really bad work week and she really made the best of my day. She is the amazing employee I’ve ever seen at Krispy Kreme. Keep her for the long run for sure 😊 I hope she sees this and I hope she gets recognized for her amazing customer service

  We were served day old donuts. They only had glazed, sprinkled and the OG donut. They were day old because the donuts were not made that morning. The young girl who waited on us told us that. Krispy Kreme, you should be ashamed of yourself. This type of service is not living up to the reputation that you have. I am disgusted with this Mayfied store. We should have been given a discount for dry, day old donuts that we could have bought from the grocery store. 3 choices of day old donuts at 9am, despicable service. I'll spread the word that Krispy Kreme isn't who they say they are. I'll stick to my little neighborhood donut shop before I ever buy from Krispy Kreme again.

  IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED OF MANAGEMENT I ORDERED HALLOWEEN DOUBLE DOZEN ON Thursday to be picked up on Friday morning and they had me pull around to pick up parking because my order was not received online and they had no HALLOWEEN doughnuts ready the Lady at drive window ask me if I had time cc to wait fir them to put my order together I said yes. I waited 45 minutes for them to bring out never came out so I went inside and they still didn't have my order ready MANAGEMENT told me to come back at 9am and it would be ready then I come back at 9am still no HALLOWEEN doughnuts they told me they didn't have them and gave me all glaze but I did get my glaze free and got a refund because I was not honored what I ordered and I waited 45 minutes for HALLOWEEN doughnuts that I never received and had to come back at 9pm to be lied to that my Halloween doughnuts would be ready. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM Krispy Kreme again.
