  Stopped in for coffee and a donut. No decaf,had to wait for a pot to be brewed. 2workers sitting in the dining room we're on their phones and 2 more behind the counter staring out the windows. Donut was good. Place was filthy especially the bathrooms. Judging from the reviews I am not surprised.

  There wasn't a lot of variety. The labels were still on the display rack, but most of the flavors were not available. They weren't making fresh donuts and they barely had the basics. The service was listless, at best. I was able to get a dozen donuts, but I'll probably go the Pearl Rd. location next time. This location was disappointing.

  I recommend you skip this location. Stopped here and this was the WORSE experience I’ve had at any Krispy Kreme location. I’ve been to many and down in Florida I have had nothing but great experiences. The manager does NOT seem to care about customers and judging by what I’ve seen inside, doesn’t care about the employees or how the location looks.

  Started decent when first opened. Every visit the standards are lowered. Do an online order and get there and donuts are replaced with other donuts. Before would go to drive thru to pick up and then they’ll say I have to come around, come in and get the donuts, while you could have gave them to me at the window, now you come to the door and it’s locked, now walk back to car and go to drive thru. Last online order I ordered 2 dozen, 1 dozen all glazed and the othe dozen was assorted; they gave me all types of chocolate donuts that were stale. The glaze don’t really taste like glaze anymore. Probably wouldn’t be back, even if it was free.

  We were told when we pulled in by a person sitting in their brand new Mercedes that the indoor area was closed. We sat at the drive through for 5 min with no response...so waited another 5. When we pulled around the worked was very stressed and irritated. When we asked a question they said their boss is in the parking lot of we want to ask her...I said well she didnt really seem concerned with working today and we would pass. The donuts we ordered were really really small and did not taste anything like the normal donuts. All in it seems like they are under staffed, under trained, and have management issues. We brought our kids as a treat, and drove 20 minutes. It was not a treat, we should have stayed home.
