  Order errored out, charged for the order, they don't care. "call the 800 number, were just a franchise". Lesson learned, app deleted.

  I ordered a to go sandwich. They forgot meat. THE MEAT. Like the central thing on the sandwich. Had to waste time going back to get it remade, which at least they did with no argument. But no refund or extras offered for such a screwup.

  This place sucks unless you have walrus teeth, the bread is so hard that I feel like I'm pulling teeth with every bite, I'll never visit another jimmy John's ever and I'll tell everyone I know how bad the bread is tough and chewy.

  The young lady that rung my food up start making my sandwich with the same gloves told her I did not want that sandwich to make me another one then another guy making a sandwich seem like he had an attitude do my sandwich together and gave to me without a bag

  I had a good experience with jimmy John's. Must visit it . Wraps and all are good with customer service.
