- DDDana DFeb 13, 20265.0Though not located in the most scenic neighborhood, Himalayan Restaurant is definitely worth a trip for the delicious Indian and Nepali food. We tried several things and shared: the steamed Vegetable Momo, Vegetable Korma, Gobi 65, and Bindhi Masala. Everything was great! I especially liked the Bindhi because I love okra and I love cumin. I put cumin in everything! The korma was very good, bold blend of Indian spices in a coconut sauce. The Momo was excellent, though a tad too spicy for me. And, of course , we had a bunch of garlic naan and Kashmiri naan I could eat naan all day, and this was especially good. The ambiance was not particularly inviting, a store front kind of dining area. Also it was very cold inside the day we were there. I think in the future I would get take out because the food is definitely worth it.
