  Drink quality is ALWAYS hit or miss… definitely no consistency. Plus asked for light ice.. the sticker even says “less ice” yet it’s almost full to the top with ice? Save ur money for a better Dunkin location

  Let me start by saying that I love Dunkin coffee and the fact that I am new to the area, I was highly disappointed that my iced coffee taste like it only had literally a pinch of almond milk with a dash of caramel. Also tasted like water . I will NOT be back to this location not only bc of my experience but because it is only drive thru. I like going inside interacting with the staff . Now I did like the way my food was cooked and the staff was nice so I give you all that but Please do better !

  What's so hard about getting an order right? Every Dunkin does this. 2 eggs one cheese croissant sandwich. Why y'all scamming? Skipping on an egg each. How about people start skipping on paying your paychecks?

  On January 20, 2026, I visited this location’s drive-thru and ordered six drinks while there was no line. The employee taking my order was rude, rushed me, and did not listen carefully, which resulted in my order being incorrect. When I pointed out the mistake and offered to pay for the additional drink, I was told to go through the line again. Afterward, I had to pull aside and wait. Another employee later brought the drink, showed excellent customer service, and apologized for her coworker’s behavior. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially as a regular customer.
