    The coffee was extremely hot, so I asked for an ice water and was told it would cost $1.50—for a cup of water. That felt unreasonable. I won’t be supporting this greedy franchise again. I’ll continue to support locally owned businesses like Savor the Moment, which has consistently provided great service.

    I don’t know what kind of establishment they’re running but took charge 50 Cent for a person who wants less ice just ridiculous. They are clearly running a scam, trying to charge people in nickels and dying people for items that they don’t want. They are clearly not business owners, and don’t know how to provide customer service Accurately. Since this Dunkin’ Donuts open, I’ve had nothing but issues.

    They make the worst lates of any Dunkin’ that I have ever been to. I’ve been increasing the amount of sauce that I get in it and then it only tastes like the milk. This is the third time I’ve either had to ask for MORE flavor/sauce or just throw it away. I don’t go there to get iced milk. Never going there again.

    I always go through the drive thru at this location, and whenever I see Kim or TY at the window I know my drink is going to be good! All of the staff at this location is wonderful and they are always efficient with their service! Hands down my favorite dunkin' location ever :)

    Best spot to go to if you want burnt bagels!! I have to literally request the bagel to not be burnt. Even after requesting still wind up with an over cooked bagel. Not worth the wait
