I wonder how they allow people like that to work there with such terrible customer service. Now I understand why it was empty. The manager should check the sales figures for the night and clean house, firing these employees and hiring people who actually want to work and need the job.

I have been to many Dunkin donuts because I travel all over Cleveland. This Dunkin is by far the best! When driving from the east side after work I'll pass by all the other Dunkins and drive farther to come to this store. Thank you for creating a great experience every time!

ALL THE EMPLOYEES ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND NEVER GIVE CUP HOLDER OR ASK IF YOU WANT ONE WHEN YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE DRINK. THE DOUGHNUTS ARE ALWAYS STALE NEVER FRESH. DONT GO HERE IT SUCKS AND YOU WILL LEAVE PISSED OFF
