She didn't. I ordered the spinach chicken parm and the spinach was literally dry like leaves. I order your basic sausage pepperoni with green peppers and it was also disgusting... my kids didn't even want it. It came with garlic knots... I had to go back for the marinara sauce

But as others have said they literally don't make your food and you get charged. They also stop taking online orders randomly, which i understand if you're just backed up. But then they lock the door so you can't even get in. I know the neighborhood has some interesting characters and it can be kinda off at night but at least inform your customers that you have to close early..not just scam them out of money

Not a fan of online discounts that people give me a hard time about honoring in store. Manager (but shes probably gone by now) got cocky w me which ended my future as a customer several years ago.
