She was incredibly patient, super kind, and made my food with so much care—honestly like she was making tacos for herself. You could tell she really takes pride in what she does. The customer service was on point, the food was fresh and delicious, and Lisa’s friendly attitude made the whole visit even better. This is officially my favorite new Chipotle location! THX Lisa

I get chipotle a lot, and it actually tastes like chicken seasoned as if it were steak, and then burnt Not at all worth the price paid online. Very disappointing. For th second time. Maybe fire everyone and start over. Well worth the drive to Lakewood or Clifton

Please do yourself a favor and walk 20 steps across the street to Ohio City burrito. It's a local business. The food is better and the employees are all delightful
