Portions were laughably small. The staff was rude, hostile, and clearly did not want to be there. The woman taking the order didn’t bother asking what I wanted and just threw brown rice in the bowl without asking because they had no white rice. Zero professionalism. On top of that, the place felt dirty and unhygienic. This Chipotle is poorly run, poorly staffed, and honestly gross. It needs a serious health inspection and a complete management overhaul.

The workers looked like they didn’t even want to be there or want me there. Also the rice was so undercooked and they had no drinks and no lettuce like what! This chipotle is not worth your money!

You are located in downtown cleveland i would think this wouldn't happen. I would not recommend this place at all don't waist your time. Staff didn't seem like they even cared. Customer service was terrible need better staff
