- RRRaya Robinson6 days ago3.0Horrible experience and service. Staff was super slow . Line all the way to the door . I stop to get chips and cheese for a lite lunch. The bag almost felt as if nothing was in it . I get home and discovered that it was a corner of the bag of chips and condiment cup for the cheese. So disappointed on the small portion of chips and dip for $5.00 whole dollars . I'd been better off buying a big bag ruffles . Least I know it would my money's worth ☹️. Chips wasn't hot , cheese was cold and nasty and very bland. 🤢 Stale chips and cold cheese that's what received. Not worth the hype at all .👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

- CMChris McFeb 17, 20261.0My kid and a couple friends ate here 2/16/26 and all of them got food poisoning. One is in the ER at University Hospitals. Do NOT eat here if you value your health. The ER visit will cost likely multiple thousand dollars so no matter how much you save by eating here, it could still really cost you. On top of this, the physician let the kids know that they get multiple people in every week who have eaten there. I’ve already called the Cleveland health dept.
