the food is good but service is always so slow. I always have to get up and ask for the check even the first time we went when there was only one other party in the whole place. today was my last day trying to patronize it. today would have been my fourth time dining with BTP but they wouldnt let me sit because I was alone? I have never been to this restaurant by myself so I didnt know this was a practice of theirs but I was very shocked that they let me just walk out rather than allowing me to sit down and order food as a solo diner.

Beware the vegan pho broth. It was inedible for me because of how both salty and sweet it was. I was so disappointed after tasting but it was takeout so nothing to do. All other toppings were perfect and everything else - service, price, ambience was great. They were so nice and the takeout order was super fast! Next time I’ll make better choices and order the beef broth.

Soup dumplings and pho were PHOnomenal. and they kept the wine a flowing. Staff was a little confused at times but otherwise 10/10.

I like this new pho spot! My one complaint is that I don’t feel they give much meat in the soup for the price. The two times I’ve been here both bowls of soup have about four pieces of meat. Otherwise chill spot with tasty broth.

The server took our order wrong, some of the food had no taste. When asked to have it made correct they just took the wrong meat out of the bowl and served it back with the correct meat. You can hear the cook/manager yelling from the kitchen because we ask for it to be remade, Never got our appetizers. Asked for a pop to begin with and I didn't get that till mid meal. The best part of the experience was the Boba tea, and that's saying a lot!
