Nobody came to the table, nobody was at the takeout counter, and bartender wouldn’t take an order since she seen we were in the takeout line prior to approaching the bar. Plenty of open seats so I can’t say the service was poor due to high volume. After paying for parking and not getting food for over 30 minutes, this would be the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a BWW.

I was the only person at my table who was asked to show ID, even though my boyfriend and others were not. It was clear that I was being singled out and treated differently because of my age. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. Everyone at the table was ordering the same thing, yet I was the only one questioned. There was no valid reason for the unequal treatment, and it reflected poorly on the establishment’s customer service and professionalism. Discrimination based on age is unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses this issue so that future guests are treated with fairness and respect.
