  This Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst I have ever been to. The server was great and handled everything well HOWEVER, everything else is just terrible. The give a drink menu and tell you that you can only order from that drink menu. By the third drink requested that they no longer had, my patience was at its limit. You have a bar and clearly cannot keep anything stocked? I ordered the first draft beer-out (seasonal so understandable), second draft beer-out (not seasonal), and finally a canned beverage-also out. Friends ordered vodka lemonade from the menu, had neither lemonade nor vodka in it. Tacos have no meat on them. Absolute worst experience.

  They had only 1 person serving the entire restaurant, 1 bartender and the manager was cooking. Could only do wings, and stopped seating people when tables were open because there was no one to clean tables. Can not believe a BW3 on the night before a Browns / Steelers game was not staffed. People were walking out left and right. We had a beer and left for a place down the street. Very disappointing, as we are true BW3 fans back home.

  Waiting over an hour for an order of 20 wings and fries is wild to me. I understand city events can cause high volume, but at least have someone checking on customers waiting a long time for to-go orders. it's called de-escalation in customer service. Maybe the entire team, including the owner needs to go through that training again...cause clearly this is a common complaint at this location. Literally never once saw anyone come out to the To-Go desk accept to take the order and hand it out. meanwhile, others are piling in and pacing around wondering what's going on with the place. do better please. thanks!

  Currently sitting here for a company lunch. Roughly around 18 people. This was a thank you gift from our company. So far 7 people have left because some people got food before those 7 got their order taken. My manager here asked to speak with a manager about 20 minutes ago. No manager has showed up. I’m sitting here with an empty plate still waiting on half my order. Waitress has not come to check up on us since order was taken. Not to mention, outside of us, THERE ARE 2 PEOPLE HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Our lunch was ruined and company promised to make it up to us, but needless to say, we will not be coming to this location

  This is the worst place I’ve ever been. Just like the other reviews, it took forever to seat us. I went up and asked the bartender if we’re suppose to seat ourselves and she said “no there are two servers” kind of rudely. She wasn’t doing anything tho so why would she seat us. Our waitress finally came over after a ridiculous time waiting. Food came quick but she disappeared. A party of four came and finally was seated by the bartender. They got up mad tho and left bc no one had ever offered them drinks or even came to the table I can’t believe this place does very well with revenue bc it’s jus terrible By the way. We was the only table before that party of four (who walked out bc they were tired of waiting) Unacceptable and a manager needs to do something
