    I thought airport restaurants offering poor customer service was just a given, which is why I was so wildly impressed with the two gentleman working at Bruggers Bagels this morning. Polite, kind, welcoming- some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. They were also moving quickly, getting customers through, memorizing orders (knowing who to hand everything off to) and seemed to be in great spirits at 7:20 am on a Sunday morning. I even heard them say as another person left, “What a nice guest” seeming to recognize others being polite in return. Talk about a nice surprise! 👏🏼

    The rudest, intentionally ignorant staff. Wow. Looking at the other reviews here, it appears this has been a problem for months. Management, please don't reply to my review like you have with others saying you're going to "look into" this and fix it. It's obvious you don't give a damn about how your employees treat customers.
