- JGJudy GyorkyDec 16, 20255.0I feel horrible for not remembering the young lady’s name, but the staff member working on 12/16 in the evening(10pm), was absolutely lovely! I thought I’d get an eyeroll for a late night ice cream stop and instead I got a very friendly and informative staff member. You can tell when someone enjoys their job and it’s clear she does! I just wanted to make sure her boss knows what an asset she is! I’ll definitely be back! Oh! And the ice cream was good too!

But the portion for the amount of money is ridiculous! Notice The lighter in the pictures for comparison that right there was $16!! Won't last long.

- JRJules ReeseNov 16, 20252.0I am concerned that the staff seem to be very uninformed as to what "gluten free" actually means - referring to it as "like keto" and believing that all of the ice cream cones "should be gluten free because they dont say that they 'have gluten' in them." There are some places that do offer GF cones, so its always worth an ask, especially when this chain advertises GF products. Fortunately, I know that products containing gluten wont write "gluten" as the ingredient but rather wheat, barely, rye, malt, etc. As the server read the cone box and said the word "wheat" it still didn't seem to click. I then asked if there were two versions of the Ultra Violet, as one sign depicted this flavor being gluten free but the other did not specify. I felt this was a reasonable ask, but the servers seemed to be bewildered. While YES, having Celiac Disease makes it my responsibility to ask these questions, indicate my needs, and ensure I am an informed customer, it is ALSO food service industry workers responsibility (and moreso management) to ensure they are all knowledgeable and well-versed on allergens when serving those with diverse needs. Having Celiac disease makes me feel like a burden at times when asking pertinent questions but receiving stares or feeling like I was stupid for asking makes it even worse. I am also dissatisfied with the portion sizes...$8 for a large cup which is considered a medium portion at most other places and these large cups are more expensive than the actual store pints.
- KWKeyoni WhiteNov 2, 20255.0So good we went twice in a row! Great variety of flavors, especially those you don’t see in stores. The team was super nice and provided amazing service. I made mention that I was lactose intolerant but wanted a strawberry mango milkshake. The “barista” took extra effort to ensure everything was non dairy or close to it— down to the whip cream. We will definitely become regulars!
