Incredibly rude staff, wont be back. Came in to order for two offices for all staff who have come to work during these storms, ready to spend over $100. Asked to use the restroom and whatever gremlin you have in charge of customer service, that hates her job, told me I cant go to the bathroom unless I pay. I literally had an order for 12 people and needed to pee before I placed the order, she rolled her eyes and told me to get behind paying customers she doesnt have the time to unlock the bathroom. So I left and will never be back. Im sure your manager is thrilled that you just treated someone picking up food for all these people, like a bum off the streets. Maybe dont work in customer service if you have zero idea how to treat a customer.
