  I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer and have had repeated, deeply troubling encounters with one employee, who says his name is “Moe” (though I doubt it). He is a Brownskin African American male, looks about 24-26, about 5’6”, with black twists and a patchy beard/mustache. About two months ago, I ordered a refresher with extra mango, but he failed to make it as requested. When I politely asked him to add more mango after receiving the drink, he dumped the drink on the pavement and poured the mango through the window, showing obvious annoyance. A few days ago, he handed me a cup with a large cut in it, rolling his eyes and acting disrespectfully, i truly believe it was done on purpose Today, I waited five minutes at the order menu before he finally approached, when i got to the window he aggressively asking if I was in a rush in a snappy tone, then mocking my drink order in front of other staff. Another employee had to step in and apologize while he antagonized the situation. I refused the drink and called corporate. This is not a minor mistake—this is repeated, deliberate hostility and unprofessionalism. Other employees at this location are respectful and professional, but this individual consistently shows disrespect, attitude, and poor customer service. I will not return while he is working and something needs to be done he will unfortunately drive this business down to the ground

  Stopped at this location while traveling, be ready for completely childish and ignorant customer service. They did get our order correct but it came with back talk and a flippant attitude. I've never witnessed service like this before at any Dunkin Donuts.

  Business days closed at 9pm. I get over there at 8:45. They said we are closed. Close at 8:30 then.
