  Ordered a large coffee, was given a medium coffee, when I asked for the coffee I ordered they said they charged me for a different coffee and walked away. Making mistakes is extremely understandable, refusing to do anything about it is absolutely crazy. Lots of coffee shops on the area. Go to any other one.

  This place needs to get its act together. I tried going inside around 6:45am because the drive-thru line was ridiculously long, but the doors were locked and there are no posted lobby hours. The lobby being open is more inconsistent than a broken thermostat—no idea what you’re going to get. I was told they don’t have enough staff to keep the lobby open, but it honestly seems like they just close it so they can focus only on the drive-thru. While I was sitting in line, I watched a customer walk up, get let in, and then the door was immediately locked again. She clearly wasn’t an employee because they immediately started taking her order.

  I’ve visited this location three times and have had a consistently poor experience with the same staff member. The service from her is incredibly rude and unprofessional, it feels like you’re a burden just for ordering and I'm shocked at the behavior. I know that this isn't the only complaint about her either. It’s a shame because the area needed a Dunkin’, but the attitude here makes it worth skipping. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere until they fix the staffing issues.

  I came to get a drink plus a few other items. I was judged for my drink customization and then as I pulled up to the window, I overheard how what I requested was basically being talked about with other employees. Nobody had the courtesy to even apologize and I’ve only recently started going to Dunkin. I was always a Starbucks girl but it appears I will going back to Starbucks since Dunkin’s employees like talk smack about the customers and their order customizations or even the customers themselves.. thank you Dunkin for confirming I should always go to Starbucks instead of running on Dunkin.
