  Never seen a more slower Dunkin. 2 people staff at peak flight rush hour. People just left their food on the counter so as to not miss their flight. 45 mins wait for my sandwich.

  The guy working the front 3/25 at 4 am has ice in his veins. Controlled and cool.

  Go anywhere else. Severely short staffed with zero sense of urgency. Wouldn’t know about the food because finally left after waiting 40 minutes in line.

  Took my order and payment on the kiosk even though they were "closed". Supposed to be 24/7, but if you're there late night, don't expect anyone to help you. Never got my order, or my refund. Emailed customer service and never heard back.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. We visited around 12:15pm on January 18th and the workers were so ignorant and did not know what they were doing. I waited 20 minutes for my order only for it to be screwed up completely. I was missing a whole $5 meal deal. My coffee was the completely wrong flavor and when I mentioned it and asked for what I ordered they told my fiance that I ordered that and he was just trying to get an extra coffee. They didn't know how to make the two coolattas I ordered. Thank god they were for my kids and anything makes kids happy. This place is in desperate need of new employees ASAP. I will not return.
