  Been here several times but tonight was the worst. We did a call ahead, placed the order for 8:50pm. We showed up at 8:50 and was the second car in line. The car in front of us got thier order at 8:56 so we moved up to the window we sat there till 9:06 when they finally acknowledged us. As we sat there we watched the guy making the food vaping and never changing his gloves. Our food sat there over 15 minutes getting cold. Then upon arriving home we food out that they couldn't even get the order right. This will be the last time we go there. Tomorrow morning I will contact the health department. Avoid this place at all cost!! I love Chipotle just not this location. This location has never gotten our order correct which is sad!! I would have gave zero stars but it won't let you!

  Placed DML order at 5:10 pm. Still in drive thru at 5:51 and they asked me twice what my order name was. Went inside and the crew wasn’t even busy. If yall don’t wanna serve me say so and give me my money back.

  Can’t go inside to order food while my car is being serviced at Walmart because the doors are locked at 1:56p. These companies do what ever they want.

  I couldn't reach them directly but I will forever be grateful for the morning staff yesterday (03/23/26) ❤️ my mother fell and hit her head in the store (she lost her balance, shes elderly. THE FLOOR WAS NOT SLIPPERY) and the staff took very good care of her. They helped her up and back to her destination!!! And for that you guys THANK YOU. I really appreciate everyone that stepped in and helped including the manager. Sometimes im scared when my mom is out by herself because of her being unbalanced I worry if someone would help her in a situation like that. But this chipotle crew shows that there are still good ppl in the world. Thank you for your acts of kindness🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

  This is the first review I’ve ever written in my life bc this chipotle is so bad. I cannot stress how terrible it is. Ordered double and got one scoop and 2 extra pieces? Portions are TERRIBLY small no matter if you ask for extra or not. And maybe it would be tolerable if the workers didn’t look like they wanted to fight you all the time. They’re sooo rude and unprofessional. Every. Single. One.
