  I had a very good experience at this chipotle today because of shontavia! She has really good energy, handled the line by herself, and moved quickly. I’ve yet to try my food yet but I had to write a review because her service was so exceptional.

  Shoutout to the amazing ladies working the line on 4/01 at 6:30pm! They earned every bit of that 5-star rating with their politeness and excellent service. And a bonus: the food has really improved since the store opened.

  I ordered a catering pickup at this location and the staff was exceptional. As soon as I mentioned I was there for my order, they already had everything prepped and just needed to pack up the hot items. I truly appreciated their kindness and the food tasted Chipotle good.

  It’s standard run of the mill chipotle. If I’m in Ohio city, I’d much rather just have Ohio city burrito. They have better value and MUCH better queso. Not impressed with this chipotle much at all

  Outstanding Service – Ohio City Location I wanted to take a moment to recognize the daytime team at the Chipotle location in Ohio City. Every time I visit, I leave genuinely impressed by the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and overall care the team puts into their work. I work in foodservice myself, so I naturally notice the details—and this team consistently gets them right. The restaurant is always very clean, the staff is welcoming from the moment you walk in the door, and the overall energy of the team is positive and professional. One moment that stood out to me recently was when an item was accidentally dropped on the floor during service. The team member immediately followed proper food safety protocol, and I even observed correct handwashing procedures afterward. As someone in the industry, that level of awareness and accountability means a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at this location. The food quality is always excellent, the line moves efficiently, and the to-go order team does a fantastic job. You can tell they take pride in making sure every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. I’ll be honest—my experiences at some other Chipotle locations haven’t always been this consistent, which is why this team stands out so much. Because of the professionalism and service at this Ohio City location, I will absolutely continue coming back and recommending it to others. Please recognize the daytime team for the excellent job they are doing. They represent the brand incredibly well. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard.
