  Very very poor customer service. I ordered it through DoorDash they were not able to make my order ready for more than 2 hours. My dashers were reassigned atleast 4 times but they weren’t even ready. My order just contained queso and tortillas

  Horrible experience- I’ve been going to Chipotle for 10 years and haven’t had this small of a portion. I got a chicken bowl, and the chicken was in such small pieces it looked like a throwaway pile. Then they only gave around 20% of meat compared to what I get at other Chipotle locations. I complained and asked for a little more chicken and they asked me if I wanted to pay for double meat. I said no, I just don’t think that’s a reasonable amount of chicken. The staff looked visibly annoyed. They gave me 3 small shreds and called it a day. Edit: I just realized the cashier lied when I confirmed I scanned my rewards QR code. It’s not in my order history

  This place is disgusting and it seems like the common trend for Chipotle these days. I haven't eaten Chipotle in about a year and I've been craving a bowl. I tried but the previous reviews don't lie, every Chipotle in town is dirty, ill managed and the customer service is non existent. I hate that one of my families favorite weekend spots has gone so downhill. It's not worth eating at a place that DOESN'T CARE about the customers coming in to spend their hard earned money. $20 for a bowl/burrito? That's about $60-$70 bucks from my family, we might as well just go to a nice Mexican restaurant in town where we get way more food and drinks! El Palenque is a new family favorite and I will not try to go back to Chipotle again 🥲🥹

  Horrible experience and service. Staff was super slow . Line all the way to the door . I stop to get chips and cheese for a lite lunch. The bag almost felt as if nothing was in it . I get home and discovered that it was a corner of the bag of chips and condiment cup for the cheese. So disappointed on the small portion of chips and dip for $5.00 whole dollars . I'd been better off buying a big bag ruffles . Least I know it would my money's worth ☹️. Chips wasn't hot , cheese was cold and nasty and very bland. 🤢 Stale chips and cold cheese that's what received. Not worth the hype at all .👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
