  Bowl size DECREASED by 1/2, protein cup size DECREASED by 1/2, and PRICES stayed the SAME. Ripping off loyal customers and hoping no one notices.

  Visiting from out of town. Constant flow of people coming into the store, but there was barely a line since the service was so fast. Staff were patient and informative, food tasted fresh and portions were filling. Chicken and miso salmon were both a bit on the salty side though. Free miso soup was a welcome surprise, and the people at the counter were extremely welcoming when they found out we were visiting. Definitely felt welcomed into Cleveland with open arms :) TLDR; amazing service and fresh food

  I was with a group and we were all very hot. The heat was on and it was unbearable, the staff could not change the temperature. There was also hair in my food.

  I love eating at Bibibop. It’s something I treat myself to every once in a while. But today was horrendous. I don’t know who was running the show this day, but they must’ve been shorthanded or something because the place was a mess (see pics). The service was horrible and the food was disappointing.

  Went here for lunch with a coworker and immediately contacted the health department after. I saw a worker scratch his hair, text on his phone, check people out at the register and touch and serve the food all with the same gloves. The food was okay but my coworker and I both felt sick after and he said his food tasted very off. It just seems like the people who work there do not care at all. I'm just very concerned with their level of food safety after I left and I won't be coming back.
