Slopped and stained all over the ice and bits of ice cream all over and nuts, and whatever just looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while and I step back looking, you know, I don't just the glass of the same display. Coolers, just filthy too olympus on the inside or outside or both. But then I look up and I notice your waffle cone display one cone in it crumbs.All in it, it 's filthy.So I don't know why.There's only one waffle cone in it.You couldn't even at least clean it.And needless to say, I just walked out, cause of the dirty appearance. guess baskin robbins will be crossed off my list of go to ice cream places.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
