  Completely rude when I asked for cooked to order food and when my food wasn’t cooked to order it was a attitude issue people work to hard for their money for it to be a issue on fresh food & oh yeah yall need to change your grease

  Had an Arby's coupon so decided to go to this location. Went to the drive thru and placed my order. Got to the window and gave my coupon. The manager had to come over to help the girl working the window because apparently you're supposed to tell them at the speaker you have a coupon. How am I supposed to know that? She was acting like I ruined her entire day. She was visibly irritated, talking about me to the girl as if I couldn't hear her saying in an extremely annoyed voice "he should've told us at the speaker he had a coupon!" Then gave me attitude like she was scolding a child when she told next time to say at the speaker I have a coupon. I'll just make your life easier and just not come to this location. Hope life gets better for ya Karen.

  It was very clean. Food was good. But he elderly gray haired lady was exceptional! Friendly, efficient, and was helping and cleaning. She made the visit memorable.
